Our mission is to provide a mobile patrol service that is unique in the level of individualized customer service, creative solutions, and utilization of current technology.

 

Hidden River Security Forces offers a wide range of mobile patrol services. We provide site-wide security for residential gated communities, commercial properties, construction sites, and many others with services that are customized to your needs.

 

A clearly marked vehicle will visit the customer's property at a specified number of times. Our Patrol officers will physically inspect all accessible gates, doors, parking lots, and garage areas to make sure your property is secured, and there are no unauthorized persons on the property.

 

Daily activity and/or incident reports are crucial to the property owner or manager. We will customize each client's report to reflect the customer's specific preference. Detailed electronic reports will be generated and emailed weekly to notify the customer of any unusual activities, incidents, or maintenance issues.

 

How can a customer know when or if their property has been patrolled? Accountability is one of the biggest concerns in this industry. Verification of visits is key. Hidden River Security Forces utilizes a reporting system to track officers' patrols. Our reporting system lets us know when our officers are on the property as they begin their patrols. The information is updated in real-time and posted for inspection. Customers will receive their reports to verify patrols and see the officer's daily reports.
